Giemsa's Stain Solution, manufactured by TM Media, is a staining solution primarily used in microscopy for staining blood smears, bone marrow samples, and chromosomes. It's a mixture of methylene blue, eosin, and azure B dyes, which allows for differential staining of cellular components. Specifically, it's used in cytogenetics to identify chromosomal aberrations and is also used in hematology for differential white blood cell counts. The solution is available in liquid form and comes in 100ml and 500ml sizes. 

Leishman's stain, is used in microscopy for staining blood smears. It is generally used to differentiate and identify leucocytes, malaria parasites, and trypanosomas. It is based on a methanolic mixture of "polychromed" methylene blue and eosin.
