Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. A sole arbitrator, appointed by the Service Provider, shall conduct proceedings in English. The seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, India.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. All legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
7. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this contract is found unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
