A retrieval net or basket is an endoscopic accessory used to capture and remove foreign bodies, tissue fragments, or stones from the gastrointestinal tract or bile ducts during procedures such as ERCP. The device is introduced through the endoscope’s working channel and can be opened and closed to securely grasp objects.
