Dermaroller (Microneedling)
Dermarolling, or microneedling, uses a device with fine needles to create microscopic punctures in the skin, which triggers the body's natural healing response to produce more collagen and elastin. This is used in dermatology to treat various skin concerns, including acne scars, fine lines and wrinkles, stretch marks, and enlarged pores, as well as for skin rejuvenation, and to improve hair growth in cases of hair loss. The process is also used to enhance the absorption of topical medications and can be combined with other treatments like platelet-rich plasma (PRP) for enhanced results.
