Colonoscope

A colonoscope is a long, flexible tube with a light and camera on the end, used to examine the lining of the colon and rectum. It is inserted through the anus and guided into the large intestine to visualize its interior for abnormalities like polyps, ulcers, or swollen tissue. The colonoscope can also be used to remove polyps or collect tissue samples for a biopsy.
